Every step of my experience with this company has been excellent. I approached them with an unusual and previously customised commercial vehicle. Their initial reaction was that it couldn’t take a tow bar but rather than turn me away Ben brought in his engineer Jason who came up with a solution, albeit with a reduced safe working load. When it came to the fitting day Jason was able to make the unit stronger and double the safe working load! This massively expands the range of uses for the vehicle. Additionally the price quoted didn’t change even though I received a superior product. It’s heartening to know there are great, honest engineers out there.
