Kind treatment. We needed to exchange a toy that didn't work and it was fast and easy.
Great customer service. Highly recommend speaking to Louise if you are looking to buy buggies, child seat, beds and other items for newborn. Very knowledgeable staff.
Nice friendly & efficient staff, I’d have given 5 stars if I wasn’t charged an extra 10 at the till for the fact a young child’s bike we brought was ‘already assembled’. What a sneaky extra charge, it left a bad taste in my mouth and spoiled an otherwise great experience. Smyths, you let yourselves down. I’ll be buying elsewhere online in future, toys included.
