Con artists and Rude. The initial price on mot may lure you in. However don't be fooled by saving 10. Go to an independent garage. With the Mot when a fault is found they will give you a choice to repair with then or Pay for a re-test if you bring it after repairing else where. I only considered else what Mr as you get ripped off for extras. They charged me 140 for a pair of brake pads which you get for 27.99 in every parts shop. When quotes in two other garages were Only 70-80! The markups for services is ridiculous too. I will use idependant garages who won't con you. To top it off the overall service provided by the manager Paul was shameful. No sympathy or understanding capability.

Popped in early, just after opening, there were a couple of customers already there. Two guys behind the desk. One told me it was a 30 min to 1 hour wait so as I had just collected my food shopping thought I would go back when quieter. I asked if there was a quieter time, I got a shrug and 'can't tell'. I only had a screw in the tyre and hoped it could be repaired as tyre new so asked if anyone could quickly pop out to look (still with a view to coming back) but I was just told 'no'. Both guys behind desk were on another planet! Zero customer service skills. As I got back in my vehicle both guys went to workshop with a customer and one proceeded to stand and eat his breakfast...soooo busy... Disappointing to experience such unhelpful service. I have used this branch of NT before when replacing several tyres I'd bought online. Took a while for them to change them that time.....and maybe my screw was just too small a job!!? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I went to another local company who were super friendly and helpful. Repaired my tyre in no time!
