I am extremely grateful to Adrian and his team for submitting my application. Immediately the shortlisting of over 200 applications had been decided the order of proceedings ran: Day 1: Interview. Day 2: Second Interview. Day 3: Job offer. Even in a normal climate this is an efficient process, but during a pandemic - more than I could ever have wished for. This has to be one of the smoothest running interview processes I have experienced. This is in part owing to my extensive preparation, but it is also a testament to the efficiency and professionalism of the ITSS team working behind the scenes. Communication is key - and they get it! A breath of fresh air! ITSS were really helpful from the start and I knew these people cared and were a cut above the rest. Having been made redundant due to Covid and being with the same firm for over ten years, they helped me overcome a lot of anxiety and went to lengths to explain the role, processes and my CV. They said they would make some calls and get back to me. And they did! Following two interviews, I was offered the position. So pleased. I genuinely thank you all at ITSS - I know you said that it was me that did all the work to get the position but you deserve lots of credit. What stood out in all of this was that you were so helpful. For you to recommend that I contact a company that you knew were recruiting, but had just changed their policy not to use an agency, now that's something. I did, but never heard back!
