Went to the store to buy a google Home. Many empty boxes. Brought one to the cashier and lady said oh no stock. It’s been out of stock for weeks. So I say to her why are you displaying them? She could not reply. Just went to Argos and brought instead.

Did a click and collect, place is very understaffed. After a long wait told my product had not arrived, even though the site said collection Friday and I came Monday to pick up. Got told no idea when it will come, you just have to wait for the email. They have 500 of my money and haven't given me the product on the day I asked for it. No chance of a refund before Christmas so I can buy elsewhere, so I am left at their mercy, hopefully it will arrive they verbally said it's coming from the main hub. How can a company of your size not track internally branch deliveries. Will use Argos next time. Much better service and a lot faster!!
