I have used Waterworx a few times in the last year and would recommend them for the work they did for me, which was a boiler service and a complete bathroom replacement. I really liked how they project managed my entire bathroom replacement - removing the old suite and tiles, plastering walls, fitting electrics, new tiles and fitting new suite and shower, plumbing in a new heated towel rail and arranging removal of waste. I just needed to do the painting. I am really pleased with the result - looks great - top job! Recently I have also used Waterworx to fix a small issue on boiler. Very quick and professional service. Friendly engineer visited next day to assess the issue; online quote sent immediately which was easy to accept on the website. Replacement part was ordered and installed the following day. I was able to pay the invoice online using PayPal – easy!

I could not get British Gas to answer to my request for a engineer even though I had there home cover. Phoned Waterworx and Kieth came out as expected. Ordered part required and sent engineer in the next day to repair. Service is outstanding and would thoroughly recommend calling them if need any one. Also had new set of taps fitted as leaking great again
Perfect service from point of contact to the end result. I called and spoke to Ashleigh late Monday afternoon needing to book a visit a.s.a.p from Tuesday morning. He was friendly and reassuring and got Tom out to me the following morning. Tom was knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard for a very reasonable rate. My shower is now leak free and watertight and I can't recommend this team highly enough! Thank you so much team Waterworx - rescue mission accomplished! Very happy customer!
