Hello, I have been paying all my monthly payments on time, including January. I just received a notice that my account is behind- my next payment isn't due until this Friday. I tried to call to leave a voice mail but they would not receive messages for billing. Its important for billing to not make mistakes like this. The person doing this job needs to pay better attention. I am very disappointed with Lakeview Clinic.

Typically we go to Waconia which they are always amazing. We went here as it’s closer to our house. The doctor spoke over me, spoke to my son in a tone that was not ok and was telling him what he can and can’t do. He wasn’t being loud nor even speaking and she was rude to him multiple times. He is a child and you don’t get to command other people’s children. That is my job. I will never again go here. Absolutely disgusted.

I had a rather bad experience with one of the doctors years back that turned me off to this clinic entirely. I had an on-going health issue I was trying to get to the bottom of and I was basically told I'm not trying hard enough to \get better\ he practically yelled at me, even though I spent nearly the whole year seeing specialists and trying to get help. I've since gone to the clinic located in Waconia instead. It caused a great deal of anxiety for me in trusting doctors as well. Other than that tool the staff/nurses were very accommodating.
