Relieved it was open, looking for a kitchen and popped in on the off chance. Served quickly and all was sorted with style, swapped a few details for a designer to virtually design and advise, as at the present time, can't come out to my home. 'BIG SHOUT OUT' to Janet our lovely assistant for helping us with suggestions for this that and the other e.g: cabinets, work tops, handles, sinks etc... she made it a real pleasure to do all of that as she was chatty and listened well. Only downside is the waiting time as there's a back log but that's a sign of the times at the moment and can't be helped. Would recommend

Staff need training in customer service as the majority of staff there seem very unhappy in their place of work.On several visits there was no one in charge available to discuss a complaint , the manager was constantly unavailable and the numerous staff we spoke too , did not have a clue what to do, not even knowing the area managers name or contact details. We were told to return to the store on numerous occasions as the staff there were so inept and unable to resolve a simple query. I would suggest they have a member of staff on site at all times that actually know what to do when the manager is off or in meetings. Pity the attitude of one or two or more staff there is abrupt to the point of rudeness.Please remember the customer is always right.
