Watertown pharmacy has provided me with an excellent service for many years. I have always found the team working there are welcoming, polite, courteous and sensitive with any service needed. All staff are very helpful and work with you to meet any needs, going above and beyond to accomplish this. If I have run short of medication, the team have managed to resolve the issue at very short notice and have helped me in difficult situations often. Their excellent communication and professionalism has always been demonstrated leaving me feeling confident that my care is handled and delivered with the highest quality.

I have been using Waterton Pharmacy for many years. Since Superintendent Pharmacist Fabio Carbiner has taken ownership of the Pharmacy, it runs perfect. His staff are extremely polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy. Don't read the negative reviews from the past. It is now a very good pharmacy. Keep up the good work Fabio and your team!

Since the start of 2020 I have been using the Pharmacy on a regular basis. I find it extremely well organised and friendly during these challenging times. On the odd occasion where I have been promised a phone call, I have received it. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be.
