Had a 3:00pm reservation for parasailing and took an hour to get to Watersports but had trouble finding it. That was no problem but we called them to ask for direction help and they said they haven’t flown anyone all day due to wind and was just about to call us. They told us this about two minutes before our reservation and appropriately gave us a refund. Sad that we couldn’t go but even more upset that they didn’t contact us earlier and the road trip wasted 2 hours of our vacation.

My kids and I enjoyed the entire experience. Friendly and efficient staff, worth every penny!
Daughter and I did the parasail and loved it. We even tried to do a gender revile for my other daughter by video recording it but I think we needed more powder. The operator was very accommodating for us. They stopped the line about 150 feet so it could be seen from below. A storm blew in and they did a great job getting us in and not in a water landing, which I was sure we were going in.
My friends and I had an amazing time! Ken was so friendly and professional! We enjoyed every minute of our ride and wish it would’ve never ended
These guys were great. So nice and want you to enjoy your experience. They pointed out sea turtles and helped with everything.
We had the best time parasailing! Loved the safety video, the boat crew & spending about 10 minutes flying in the sky. Keep in mind, you will need to walk into the ocean to a small boat which will take you to the parasailing boat. Water isn’t deep, but you will get wet from waist down.
Awesome!!these guys are incredible. Gabriel, David and Johnathan were great at there job and there customer service. Defined will be doing again when I go back to puerto rico
Great experience!! Staff was nice , friendly, and accommodating. We had to wait due to the weather ,but it was worth the wait.
