A1 service, dealt with these guys for 15 years and just after returning from Scotland ordered my ride on mower and strimmer from them at prices that were better than the Internet. Hoping they can fix my garden blower

I bought a Cobra HM381 Hand Push Cylinder Lawnmower at Waterside Lawnmower Centre in mid June 2020. It's cost was 54.99. A week later I wanted to buy another one as a present. I called to make sure they still had them in stock. I was informed they had but it now cost 60. I travelled to the store half an hour later to then be then told it now cost 65... as it was the last one? Not great business practice or customer service and needless to say I did not make a purchase. I got the same mower online at 49.99 with free next day delivery. So much for trying to support local businesses. Be aware and wary of this particular business ! Your reply fails to explain why I was advised a price of 60 on the telephone and why it had increased to 65 only half an hour later ? Secondly you wrongly assume I purchased my new mower from the Cobra website. This is incorrect. There are many sites selling this same mower at a much lower price than yourselves. A point you should be acutely aware of in this current climate. For your information I purchased the same make and model of mower from Amazon with free delivery at a cost of 49.99...in total. Also you suggest I left your premises before you had a chance to discuss the sale further. Your memory must be failing you, for I explained to you at length that I purchased the same mower a week previously at a lower price. You failed to offer any explaination at all. In fact you displayed a very ' take it or leave it attitude' as it was the last one in store. You failed to show any interest and I left your store confused at your pricing regime and unhappy at your lack of customer focus or care.
I purchased a second hand ride on mower from this company a number of years back for 1100, it was the old fat guy in charge then. I didn't like it and wanted to return it within 2 weeks of use (belt broke etc.) - he was having none of it and would only take it of me for 800.....I hated this place afterwards and vowed never ever to set foot in it again!!!
