Good food and drinks with very noce views of the estuary, house boats sit just below the cafe. Seating out side and plenty parking nearby.
Nice food and a pleasant waitress. Unfortunately the manager was very abrupt and rude. She really needs to change her attitude and try welcoming locals and visitors alike into the cafe. Needless to say we will not be returning. Such a shame.
I have never booked a reservation online before, but I thought I would give it a go to see what happened. It was so easy, my reservation was for lunch time today. I received confirmation almost immediatley, so far so good. My friend and I were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. We accessed the menu via a code thing (not sure what it is called). We ordered. Our drinks arrived followed by our food. VERY tasty. We sat chatting and decided dessert was required. Unfortunatley I was unable to down load the menu and am struggling to share what my dessert was called. However if you are offered an Italian dessert \crunchy on the outside and filled with lemon\ have it.... it was lovely. The house iced coffee came next...... very nice and refreshing. This was our \first time eating out\. We both felt safe, we felt the owners fully understood what was required of them to keep us and themselves safe. We are both local and will return. I wonder if the owners might consider putting a lunch menu on their website, so that I can peruse it before my next visit?
So fantastic. Wonderful food and so much of it is gluten free too. Great service from the really charming staff with lovely views. I am looking forward to returning.
