I did not receive my fine in the post due to an administrative error, and the debt was sold to WG to chase. They are a bullying company, showing no compassion and often being rude on the phone. I paid the fine to the relevant authority immediately upon receiving the fine, yet WG continued to chase. I then directly emailed the relevant authority and they confirmed the case was closed. I suggest anybody in a similar situation go directly to the relevant authority who have issued the fine, if you think you have been unfairly treated. I would put 0 stars for WG if I could, they are bullies.

Chasing me for a debt I do not owe!!! So I went into pets4vets as my dog needed to be seen the treatment came to 51.00 I put my card in and paid... A couple months later I receive an email saying I haven't paid I look on my bank statement and see they had charged me 5.00 instead of 51.00 now this is not my error and now I'm being charged 51.00 as if I had just walked out and not paid and they don't even have payment plans so now I refuse to pay this debt collector anything as vets4pets employees can't own up to their mistakes!!!
They are scammers. Check that the tiket is less than a year old first. If it is over a year old as it is normally, then check that you have been notified by post in less than 360 days from the date of alleged infraction, and check that this is can be proven, they must have your sign or post office confirmation, if nothing of this can be proved from them, you do not need to waste your time further, they have 0 chance against you .

Chasing me for money I know I don't owe. Cannot produce any documentation between my company and the company chasing the debt to prove there was ever a relationship,let alone contract. Never heard from the company to whom I apparently owe the money, have tried calling them waited on hold over an hour no response. Impertinent staff who originally were helpful but clearly frustrated I wouldn't roll over and pay something I don't owe. Have no positive things to say but interestingly the bulk of 5 star reviews are from staff members which is misleading at the very least.
