I like to support local shops whenever possible but my latest dealings with Victory Carpets have left me feeling ripped off. I have been a good customer over a number of years purchasing carpets for the hall, lounge, dining room, stairs , landing and bedrooms but never again. We visited the shop as soon as allowed following lockdown, quickly selected a carpet for a bedroom at an agreed price of 17.99 psm. Measuring was done later in the day and the carpet was fitted within two weeks. It wasn't until I paid the fitter and received a copy of the receipt I realised that I had been overcharged for the quantity fitted. I returned from the shop and was told I had been qouted in square yards not metres which I dispute as all the measurements I had talked about were in metres, however the bill was still incorrect and I had been overcharged. I was never offered an apology but just told that a refund would be delivered to my house. I left the shop feeling utterly ripped off. What appauling customer service.

A good honest company that's not trying to sell you any old carpet, they listened to me and the quote was so much cheaper than the cheapest available from a major carpet dealer you find advertising on tv. They very quickly installed the carpet and took the old one away, I even gave them a key to the house so that they could get on with on with it. I would recommend them all day long
Victory carpets came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. The owners were most helpful in terms of advice, provided a very good service which proved affordable. The carpet fitters were very professional and even moved the furniture. We would highly recommend this company.
I have used Victory Carpets for many years. Have always had great service and value for money. All the carpets I have ordered over the years have been fitted to the highest standard. I would not use anyone else for flooring.
Have to say the service was fantastic, my elderly parents needed carpets, and the fitters moved all the furniture and removed all the old carpets. fitted the new carpet and put ever thing back as they wanted it.They were so thrilled.
