Took a ridiculous amount of time to book someone to come and measure, who then lost the measurements, so someone else was sent out. The flooring was then not properly fitted around the doors and upon calling fact the door now doesn’t shut is apparently not their problem. Shocking customer service from start to finish

The best carpet shop I have used in a long time Was greeted by a lovely fella on arrival. But not pressured and followed around the store by over eager salespeople like in a certain other carpet shop. Fitting was arranged quickly and at my convenience 100% will return
