visited the store on the 16/02/2020 @ 16:30 and a young lad greeting the customers was just full of life, greeting everyone, singing, wishing everyone a great shop and also saying goodbye and thankyou to everyone... what is a lovely young man and kept a smile on my face while I was shopping with his singing... he was not letting the pandemic spoil his job... Well done!

A big store with a big selection of foods and non foods. Quiet when we visited today but there was still a small queue to get in and up the escalator. We spotted a small TV which was just the size we had been looking for but there was no obvious way to buy it. The sign said ask at the desk near the TVs but another sign on the desk said it was permanently closed ask a member of staff for help. We looked about but only seemed to get the attention of a security guard! We admitted defeat and picked up a few odds and ends instead and left the store. A good store for variety but best stick to groceries here.
The staff are polite and helpful. It has a good selection of products. The parking facilities are good. During the height of the pandemic they were good at facilitating social distancing coming into the store.
Easy parking, clean and Covid safe environment. Separated entry and exit with nice wide aisles making it easy to maintain 2m distance required. Member of staff at entrance to ensure the wearing of masks.
Good large store with wide range of food and non food. Home and clothing particularly good. Queueing back in force and one way system at entrance.
