I have used other carpet cleaners before, they’ve all been fine but genuinely don’t even come close to what Paramount can do. Previously, some stains left were said to just be permanent and I believed that to be true. I had Michael from Paramount come round to do my carpets this time and instantly I was impressed by the custom van and machinery. Normally the equipment other company’s have is a mobile unit which they need to plug into your house but this was all built into his van. It worked so incredibly well, plus he used a specialised cordless drill with brush head to work the chemical into the carpet and was able to lift two paint stains!!! I’ve always been left with a feeling of “oh well, that’s the best it can get” but this time, he actually made my carpets seem like they were new! I quizzed Michael on his chemical knowledge and was stunned by his in depth understanding and breadth of knowledge about how the cleaning chemicals work and how to get the best out of them, the results he achieved clearly reflected that. I have no affiliation personal or business to Paramount or Michael but I sincerely couldn’t recommend him and Paramount any more. This is a serious company and they will do the best job on your carpets at a competitive price. I will now not accept any less.

I have used Michael a few times now and every time it's been a 5* service all round. This time he cleaned all the carpets in the house and they came up looking like new :) And as a bonus he managed to remove and cover a bad stain on our relatively new leather sofa so a big thank you for that :) I highly recommend Michael for a true professional service

Michael did a fantastic job at removing a stain on our lounge carpet. I was in the dog house for knocking over a vase full of water with lilies in whereby the dreaded stamens went all over the carpet and the water nicely diluted the brown powder into the carpet! It wasn’t a pretty sight. Thank you so much Michael for completely removing it all and letting me off the hook for having to buy a new carpet!! Can’t recommend him enough. Efficient, polite and punctual, what more can you ask for.
