Great service, first time we have used any airport transfer service (we normally drive ourselves). Driver turned up just before agreed time, helped with luggage, minibus clean and tidy. Good conversation from driver, we also forgot to put our bins out for that morning and they would have been left for 3 -4 weeks, the driver was very kind and returned to put our bins out on his way back through. On return we were text by the driver as stated, nice and easy, again helped with luggage. Nice drive both ways, kept to speed limits. Will definitely use this service again, they whole service was made stress free.

I used a1 sunset cars atleast once a week over a 8 month period. Each driver (Jeff, Sean, Karen and mark) were always on time, smartly dressed and professional throughout my journey. I could always rely on them and Sean and Karen would often engage in conversation to make my journey a little more interesting. The cars were always clean and valeted and had water and mints on hand if you wanted them. I would highly recommend.

OK..I'd normally rate this as first class..but today we have been collected..and I say that tongue in cheek..cause we actually had to find the driver at Gatwick..following his telephoned instructions as to where he was standing. I'd like to say he acknowledged us but he didn't...he stopped of at an office within the airport & mumbled something about paying. Then very nearly reversed his minibus into the car behind ignoring the frantic horn blowing from the driver. We were blasted with Tracy Chapman and Michael Jackson and Madonna throughout the journey. It was like a sweat box inside the vehicle..I nearly passed out Can't say I was enamoured with the driver and wouldn't like to do a journey with him again. His text said his name was Sean.
