Waterloo Home Improvement is my "go to" reno company. Scott personally has worked on many projects at our house over the years and we hired Waterloo Home Improvement to do our upstairs bathroom 5 years ago. Recently, we decided to take down 2 load bearing walls on our main floor to convert our dining room/kitchen/family room to an open concept family room/kitchen. There is no other company that I would trust to install beams and do a reno of this magnitude. Scott walked us through the entire process of applying for permits, having an engineering company review and approve the plans and working with a kitchen designer to transform our main floor and create my dream kitchen. Scott's guys are amazing. They are careful, conscientious, and clean! I was very impressed with their attention to detail and how they cleaned up their mess at the end of every day. Scott is great with details and scheduling. He always informed me about the week's plans and kept me in the loop regarding any changes. He was quick to address all my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. Best of all, the job was completed well within the time frame that was quoted. His team does such great work! I am so happy to have been able to do this renovation. Thank you Waterloo Home Improvement for giving me the kitchen of my dreams.

Three years ago we had Scott renovate our basement and we were so impressed by his work that we recently asked him to update the rest of our home as well.
