Great building, I love the fact that it has a study room, mini gym and patio. I have no complains yet and just a reminder that this building is still new.

My signed lease clearly has air conditioning checked off. It is a violation of my contract to shut A/C off. I will formerly file a complaint to the by-law municipal offices and the tribunals Ontario Landlord & Tenant board for the following issue.
