Slow, Unorganized. Waited 10 minutes for a small black coffee, then got blisters on my thumb because they did not put the lid on properly. No apology just passed me paper napkins.
It's fast if your in a hurry to get to class but every time I go here I regret it because I'm pretty sure they don't refrigerate the milk or cream because hot beverages always taste funny from this Tim's.
