I had a burning sensation in my back that wasn’t going away. I was treated by SOS Chiropractor Rachel Goldsworthy, who quickly figured out what the issue was, and prescribed a plan that has me feeling good as new. Rachel is very competent, personable, and is a wonderful person to interact with. Highly recommend!

This past November I sprained my left wrist while skateboarding. Initially it was quite swollen, painful and I had severely decreased range of motion / strength in the wrist. After 6 weeks of attempting to rehab it by myself with little to no improvement, I decided to go to physio. From my first contact with SOS the receptionist was wonderful, very kind and helpful. Ryan began preforming physiotherapy on my wrist. He was amazing, very informative, kind, knowledgeable and personable. Over time my wrist continued to improve. Ryan continued to provide excellent care and provide me with new stretches / suggestions.Today I've graduated from Physio and I'd highly reccomend SOS to anyone.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Adam for his healing abilities and caring approach. He is a talented physiotherapist. My body is moving and I could not be happier about that. Also the front staff are so welcoming and organized. Simply the best place for Physio.

I was referred to Jessica Clancy for pelvic physio. At the time I did not know there was such a thing. Within a month I had relief that I had not felt for years. Jessica was great. Explained everything step by step, was very professional and pleasant, and gave me homework so I could improve faster. Both SOS Physiotherapy and Jessica have been a godsend for me as I work through a few long lasting and stress related issues. Thanks again Jessica!

After suffering with an old shoulder injury and daily pain for years I decided to give SOS Physiotherapy a try. The results have been wonderful! Although not perfect, my range of motion has improved dramatically and I am extremely happy with the results. Ryan is a terrific physiotherapist who is extremely knowledgeable. He encouraged me to keep working at improving while setting realistic expectations. At this point in my life I’m not interested in surgery and I’m more than happy to be able to manage daily tasks without pain! Thanks Ryan, you and everyone at SOS Northfield are fantastic!

One morning I woke up and started my walk to the bedroom door and found that my left ankle felt strange. Over the days it became increasingly worse and I even started to feel pain in my ankle. It got to the point that I had to use a cane to get around the house and relied heavily on the railings when going up or down stairs. I called work to tell them what was going on with me and that I would call my doctor to start the process of sorting it out. Being that we are in a raging Pandemic my doctor's office was closed. By phone she assessed my symptoms and decided to recommend physiotherapy to see if my ankle could be made well again by them. I did a search for physiotherapy in Waterloo and found one within a one minute drive of home. This is how I found S.O.S Physiotherapy. Online I requested an appointment and got an intake phone call and booked my appointment. My first visit was a thorough assessment. The ggod news was that Ryan said that they could fix my ankle and estimated that 8 to 10 treatments would be required. He also asked me what goals I had for my ankle. They included having confidence in my left ankle, being able to walk our dog, being able to return to work, being able to go for long walks and to be able to run again. Throughout the course of treatments I received muscle massages, stretching, balancing and strengthening exercises, ankle, knee and hip adjustments, advice and explanations about my ankles and goals, acupuncture and laser treatments. The result is that I now have an ankle that allows me to meet and exceed the goals that I had set for myself. Thanks to Ryan for his expert treatments, sage advice and well-appreciated guidance. I easily and heartily recommend S.O.S Physiotherapy. They provide a welcoming, concerned and fun environment. I can attest that, if you don't do the home exercises, you can't succeed.
