The company is managed by paranoid thoughts who are constantly feeling threats. They clearly give the impression that you are being discriminated, unless you know how to pump their tires! They have heard some tips as to how make their employees feel at home by entertaining them from time to time, but it's rather a show off than a sincere act! You have got to be an engineer who knows how to build a bridge, to break down elements into protons and electrons, to design mechanical components, to come up with new materials, to calculate Jupiter's mass whenever needed, amongst others! Briefly, the managers are jack of all trades and master of none. They help you better understand what the difference is between a boss and a leader. A hint: To be in the safe side, avoid praising white or bright colours!
