They've always been very friendly and I've had great experiences both with tailoring and dry cleaning :)
Did not have my shirt ready on time. Came to pick it up before important meeting and learned that they don't know where it is, probably lost it.
I go here often and they have always done a decent job.
Bad experienced, doesn't clean good plus with poor customer service. It destroyed my suit with wrinkles and instead of clean the spot, they bring new spots.
Stay away!!! Horrible experience. Left 4 shirts for cleaning. Picked them up last week. Noticed today when putting one on that 2 had a huge rip. Both shirts exactly the same spot (see the picture). Went back to the place today. Older lady was extremely rude. Didn’t even want to discuss this. Said the rips were there before! Didn’t want to discuss any refund! I said I was never coming back she said ‘that’s fine’ shrugging her shoulders. Each shirt was 80. Strongly recommend against doing business with them.
Terrible customer service, ruined 3/5 garments. Please don't go there.
