Was surprised to see this place open here but it was a good surprise. Really like the layout to the place, lots of light with the big windows and lots of tables. Tried the dark roast espresso (think it was the Philosopher) and it was really nice. Not bitter with hints of nuts and spice. Haven't tried the food but looking forward to trying it, it looks pretty good!

Great coffee and pastries. Tucked away at the back of the Northfield Park complex, this bright and open design coffee shop has great service and a wide variety of coffees and pastries. Worth the drive off the beaten path.
Cozy place to have a great cup of coffee. Fast and friendly service is appreciated too!
I never expected a branch of Settlement to open so close to my workplace, especially since the Ayr location was only just built. This location features a spacious seating area, with booths, tables, couches and standing tables to accommodate a large number of clients at once. Much like the other locations, it also has decent wifi which seems a scarcity for many cafes. The menu is similar to the other locations, featuring their standard list of Coffee and drinks, including their smoothie menu with 9 options. For food, the topped waffles are the main item on the menu, with the remainder of the food options being the smaller eats (Bagels, soup, salads, etc.) Overall, if you've enjoyed the other Settlement locations, this one holds itself to that same quality, now located in a populated work area.
Great coffee and ambience. Location is a bit isolated. Service was fast and friendly.
