We started a campaign about 2 months ago that was an utter failure. I gave them directions on who to contact to ensure the best chances of success, but it was ignored. My assigned sales rep didn't take the time to learn about our service and was like a deer in the headlights when it came to any kind of questions he faced when contacting prospects. Overall, I was very disappointed and I would not recommend signing up - but that's just me.

It was a beautiful sunny day in October. I locked the car and walked toward the coffee shop, talking to myself: "That is a bad idea. Probably another sales pitch and a bunch of PowerPoint slides and nothing else. I have to explain what I do and what I want to do and he probably won't understand a bit like other sales people I have talked to and he will keep selling his pitch which won't work on me." I really enjoyed talking to him, like two old friends catching up after a long time. Mark knew what I do, Mark knew where I am heading, Mark knew what I need to do to get there.
