Absolutely avoid at all costs. Paid for my composite and to have my picture on it and they put me on the wrong composite for the wrong program (like ??? how do you even do that). Got in touch and they said they would mail me and the school a fixed version. Never happened after 4 months. Asked again multiple times afterwards and ended up demanding a refund (that's the least they can do right?) and got ignored every single time. Never got my fixed composite or a refund. Literally a scam.

Similar to what others are saying, very unresponsive/unprofessional. I had emailed a couple of times regarding class composite information and received a response weeks later. They further responded claiming that I had missed the deadline for class composite shoots and claimed that several reminder emails had been sent out earlier in the year. However, after doing a search through my inbox, I found no such emails.

The Waterloo Prestige Portraits is one of the worst academic photographers I have worked with. The one I used for my high school graduation was a lot more professional, provided more options and were more helpful during the photoshoot. The ones working in Waterloo are too unprofessional, I just reviewed my proofs and noticed the photographer cut out the props I had brought in, some of them I had my eyes closed. When I asked if I could retake some on the spot, they said no and I would have to book another appointment. This place is not customer friendly and I am terribly disappointed with my experience.

They spelled my name wrong on the class composite. But do we really have a choice to go elsewhere to get our photos taken? Probably not.
