Do not purchase anything online from this company. I ordered a battery for my Roomba on Sept 11, and I have yet to receive it, 4 weeks later. When I followed up with the company a week after the order was placed, they informed me that the item was out of stock and not coming in for another week. Given that Roomba batteries are sold on a multitude of other sites, including Amazon, I was extremely frustrated to hear that the battery was out of stock because I could have simply ordered it from somewhere else. I have been patient, hoping that the delivery will come, but it has not, and John at Customer Service has failed to give me any update or respond to my emails. They also charge for delivery (15), which is extremely expensive for a package that is traveling 100 km from Kitchener to Toronto. Overall, I would not recommend this company. Amazon offers a far superior level of service, their deliveries are timely, their website is accurate, and their customer service is outstanding.
I have been dealing with for some time now. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!
