Did a few alternations at this place. The lady who works there was very attentive and gave good suggestions.
Janet, the seamstress at Newtex, completed the alterations of my wedding dress. She did an incredible job! She was very kind and the price was reasonable. Janet was very attentive to the details of my dress and executed my expressed needs perfectly. She worked on the dress until I was completely satisfied. The dress looked beautiful and I had so many positive comments on it (as well as the fit of it). Thank you so much, Janet, for your hard work and incredible skill! I would highly recommend this service.
Friendly and prompt service. In a shrinking market of dry cleaners, this place keeps standards high.
Very disappointed regular customer… I had never had an issue with them before, but Newtex shrunk my wedding dress, leaving me stuck to try and get it fixed (and requiring me to pay for a second round of rushed alterations) 4 days before my wedding. When I called in to discuss the situation, JP (owner) was condescending, telling me that my story was “suspect”, scoffed at me for purchasing a secondhand wedding dress, berated me, and commented that my seamstress didn’t know what she was doing. All this without apologizing, acknowledging my situation or addressing the fact that my wedding dress is now ruined. Needless to say, this is not what I needed to deal with in the days leading up to my wedding. I later called back and spoke with Michelle (other owner) who was much more pleasant to deal with; listened to me, explained their process and offered some options to try and assist. Unfortunately, my appalling experience with JP and his lack of customer service has ruined my perception of their company as a (previous) regular customer of theirs.
Great service. Very reasonable price. Recommend to my friends and all of them consider it very nice. Will keep washing my clothes in this store.
Amazing customer service over the phone and in person. I was able to drop off 3 dresses and have them ready by the next day! The staff are extremely friendly, and efficient.
I dropped my jacket for dry cleaning, I got call from them within two hours, from reception soft spoken lady told me to come and get cash which I forgot in my jacket's pocket. Very honest and professional people, I am really impressed. Thanks so much
