Too much up sell for these times. Just a waste of everyone's time waiting. An average an 1 hour wait because of this. Customers in the shop for 20 minutes and didn't buy anything. Honestly asking to fill out paperwork after waiting 30 minutes for 20 pods. Your selling coffee!!! 10 minutes for your system to sell coffee... I would like to give more stars because the crew did a great job. Your system is a complete failure.

It was really busy but I understand with it being boxing week. I received a Nespresso machine for Christmas and being new to the whole experience the customer service representative was very helpful and patient with me! Very happy with my purchase! I am also happy with the free clear mugs I received with my purchase
Always great to go in and grab what you need vs waiting for the app store to deliver 1-2 weeks. Also when you go in there based on your purchase history they usually recommend other types that you havent necessarily tried yet and I love that. Have had some great coffee experiences there and staff is knowledgeable. Sometimes the line up can be a little annoying (prior to COVID) but other than that, great clean store and always nice of them to offer you to try one of the coffees you are looking to purchase!
Fantastic service, indoor shopping limited to two people. Staff very helpful, much more information from staff than online. Would recommend this store.
My mom and I were there to get some capsules. There were three sales at the time and we were stopped at the entrance as only one customer is allowed to enter each time. I went in and asked one of the girls some questions about the new flavour. That girl is sweet and she knows about the capsules. Then I was backing up to the entrance to discuss with my mom as she was only allowed to stand right outside. The highlight is when we finished our conversation and I was to make the purchase with the first girl, the other girl suddenly interruptted and asked me to sanitize my hands. Which part of the conversation make you suddenly assume I need another round of sanitization?? For reference I did not even stay close to my mom when we talked and I did not touch anything in the meantime. And their policy is just absurd, if only one customer is allowed at a time, why on the earth do you need three sales associates??
Received a Nespresso machine for Christmas and within one week it broke, my roomate and I called Nespresso's customer service line to explain the issue and we spoke with Bassim who was extremely patient, kind and understanding. He stayed on the phone with us for 45 minutes walking us through the descaling process and when nothing was working he arranged for Nespresso to send us a new machine. I think every customer service employee should be like Bassim! Made a stressful and uncertain situation so easy!! Thank you Bassim!
Editing my review to note that I finally got in touch with someone at the mall to confirm that this location was indeed open as an essential service. Nespresso's website has conflicting info about Waterloo, as did their customer care person over the phone. I had a lovely in-store experience and am now well-stocked and caffeinated. :) : I’ve spent the last 2 hrs trying to place a curbside pickup order from here. Nespresso’s website lists it as currently open for curbside p/u but when I called the main # they said it was not. There is no direct # to contact this store directly. ...I just need a few sleeves to tide me over till my monthly delivery! Open or not? How can I make contact?
I went to pick up an order that my daughter had paid for and hadn’t picked up. I had the order number and copy of the order and email in order to pick it up. I was told that my order had been picked up which wasn’t the case. I was asked to wait aside for a half hour to have this situation resolved . It was obvious that it was the company’s error but my integrity was questioned as they continued to search for proof that it had been picked up. I finally was given the order that was processed but customer service was terrible with no apology or responsibility of this error. As a fact I was required to show photo ID and the associate copied down the information to allow me receive the order. There was a line up of people and I was made to feel like I was making trouble. I don’t have an Nespresso and after this experience, I wouldn’t want one.
