I discovered Metaflorist while I was hunting for a florist with a more contemporary vibe in the K-W area. I ordered a bouquet for my Mom’s retirement and it was stunning. Delivery was perfect. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of flowers. I will definitely be ordering again. Great job.

Soooo glad that I made a prefect choice of choosing MetaFlorist for my Husband's Birthday. They did a fantastic job on creating a 'Man Bouquet' which we totally loved. I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and the customer service is just always so great here. Both times I've gotten flowers from here, the employees made sure everything was right with my order. The first time they followed the delivery instructions amazingly, and the second time they were able to move the pick up date one day earlier in advance to match my convenience and I really appreciated that. Not to mention how high quality the roses were! I definitely recommend this place.
I got flowers delivered to my mum for her birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! I purchased the Apple Cider bouquet and it was even more gorgeous in person! The lovely Maria delivered the flowers right on time and sent a helpful photo to confirm delivery. VERY reasonably priced for the size and grandeur of the arrangements, in my opinion, and they have a wonderful selection of arrangements that vary from the standard bouquet. Will definitely be ordering again!!!
Probably the best interaction I've had with anyone in customer service in my life. So kind, intentional and committed. Also, the detail and effort put into each arrangement is no doubt a commitment to their dedication.
I honestly was just looking for a place that was delivering during Covid and this shop was open. I was immediately drawn to their creative, beautiful bouquets online. The ordering process was easy, emails were responded to right away, delivery was on time and arrangement looked exactly as online. The best part was, the recipient was over the moon! The choices of flowers is different than the typical here. I’m glad I found this gem!
The folks at Metaflorist were superb! It can be so difficult to purchase flowers over the phone for delivery in another province. They delivered as requested and the bouquet was stunning. Thanks for making distanced birthdays a little brighter.
