Great experience, friendly customer service, took time to have a quick chat and ask how I was doing when I picked up my items. Can't wait to try the consultation service sometime soon.

Amazing service! Got some last minute Christmas gifts delivered to me as I can’t get into the store atm! Every product is curated so well! I so enjoy the in person service and help (pre COVID) and now the flexibility with the same great service as before! So excited to see these get opened Christmas morning!

I’ve been fortunate to shop in store as well as online at loop and my experience with both has been phenomenal. In store, Al provided such a tailored experience for my boyfriend and I. He walked us through the differences between the items we were trying and we left feeling comfortable and ecstatic about our purchases. I’ve ordered a few things from their bricks and bonds website as well and have never had issues with delays or stock. Even for pick up, Al always arranges his schedule to mine. Had an awesome experience doing curbside pickup from here today. I've been looking around for a replacement pair of Adidas Stan Smiths. I walked past this store several times and assumed they didn't have women's stuff in stock. In desperation I called and asked if they had them and found out happily I was totally wrong! Also major bonus points because they were on sale way cheeper than anywhere else I could have bought them online or in-store. I was able to pick up my new kicks basically immediately after ordering. I was super happy to be able to spend my money at a local store!

Unrushed 1-on-1 service, beverages, music of your choice, witty and fun chat while he takes time to listen to your needs and wants and provides in droves. Al’s unprecedented customer service and knowledge comes through when it comes to clothing. Wanted jeans, got jeans, and “my” go to jean guy. Thanks man. Curated shopping baby! Excellent selection of men's clothing. Meticulously curated. Service is top notch too. If they don't have something email or call Al, he will get it in quick.
Amazing Service, the store goes above and beyond for shipping orders! I wanted to change some details regarding my already purchased items and they fixed it for me before it left the warehouse. The person on the phone was chill and a great help. 10/10
