I always pop in when I am in the mall. Sometimes they have pretty neat and hard to find caps. Got my hubby a Nordics hat for Father's Day one year and I swear wherever we go people are complimenting his hat. I wished I had grabbed the Whalers one when I was in. Anyhow they also have kids sizes and can be embroidered to personalize.
The two guys that helped me were beyond amazing, helped me replace a lost hat and it turned out perfect.
Worst shopping experience of my entire life. Wish I could give zero stars Got gift cards for Christmas and decided to get blank hats with customized embroidered words. Messed up the spelling twice, refused to do it a third time and give me money or any credit began to cry and called security due to her inability to deal with her any level of stress to the point she claimed my face turned red which upset her. \u200d️ It’s a medical condition. Sorry. After contacting head office to deal with this, I was told to go back to the store and everything would be cleared up. Get back to the store, this time with my wife in tow as a witness only to have the same woman have a complete break down calling security yet again without even a word spoken. Escorted out of the entire mall by 2 guards. Never again will I give a dime to this company or any related company.
Decent spot to get some sports hats. Good for kids hats so u can make sure they fit. Not overly expensive either
Every hat you want if they dont have it they will get it just a little pricey Get better deals online cheaper
The employees helping were helpful but waiting 45 minutes for the 2 hats to be done and come back and find out one of the hats was spelt wrong and have to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement with no discount or offer for customer. Just is not right. These are some of the reasons why people shop online.
The staff are a little weird here, quiet and not to friendly.
