The pathology is inside green square health. The receptionists were nice and provided masks if you needed them. The pathologist was nice and I'm not good with needles but she was did it well and really quick. My results came in the day after I went in which is great so good experience from me.

Sooo slow service. Receptionist is very rude cant do her work properly and correctly. Will never recommend this rude slow place. Came around 8am but had to wait almost to hours. Unbelievable

If only put 0 I would. Booked my geatetional diabetes test (2 hours test) for 9.15 , arrived, got my number (nr3) 45 minutes later they called me in. I have done this test in other centres but never had such a awful experience

Terrible place. Waiting times for the blood test are ridiculously high. We, with a 1 year old baby, checked in at 9.20 am but we couldn't get the test done by almost 11 am. So we left. Just wasted our time.

Don't bother going here if your blood test is marked as urgent, you will not get the results the same day as policy dictates you should. Also sometimes their pathology collector does not show up for work, so there is no pathology service at all!

The most painful blood test experience ever and had to wait more than 50 mins for it! The pathology was said to be opened at 8am on Monday morning, so I arrived at 7:58am. The receptionist took my form and asked me to take a seat and wait. So I waited.....for more than 50 mins! And on top of that, the blood test was the most painful experience I’ve ever had! Very disappointed!

The medical receptionist was pleasant/friendly and had a face mask available, BUT after waiting 35 minutes with NO indication of when I would be seen I approached her again and her only response was "it's taking some time, let me check what is happening" I waited another 5 minutes and left. I suspect that the medical professional who was taking blood obviously hadn't turned up to work yet (at 9am when the clinic opened at 8am). This practice could do with some training on patient management and respect for the patient/clients and their time. Backing up other reviews about this Clinic. My advice don't bother, find another.
