Active Evolution

Great chocolate and very good ice cream. FYI, don't listen to some of the reviews below. I think people neglect to realize we've gone through a pandemic and some just want to complain. Laura Secord has been around for a longggg time. There is a reason for that.

We bought two chocolate spread bottle on Saturday (Sep 19). We open one jar and the smelled like old oil. We checked the expiry date and it was September 3rd. We went to return both bottles next day and explain to her that you are selling expired products. She told me we don't haverhave policy. That makes me mad. I told her if I call the health department, your store may close. When she sees me mad then she call her manager and she finally agreed to return. I saw several other bottles of chocolate spread were expired on the shelf from July of 2020.

I purchased a sundae from Laura Secord and when the cashier served me the sundae with no chocolate sauce, I had to ask why, only to learn that they were sold out of chocolate sauce. The clerk didn't even bother to let me know ahead of time that they were out, so I basically paid 2 extra for some peanuts on top...
