Great French restaurant in Waterloo, but the service is slow

It was very busy when we arrived but that didn't stop the waiters from immediately helping us. When at the table, it took about 10 minutes before we could place an order which is fine considering how busy it was. The service was lightning fast with our food arriving only about 25 minutes after ordering which scared me, but the food was straight up amazing. The seignant Pavé steak was cooked to perfection and the green pepper cream sauce was tasty and just the right texture, the fries too were well beyond expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the waitress assigned to our table was a friendly and happy woman that didn't hesitate to help us, kudos to her. Great dining experience and certainly worth it considering the very fair price, will come back. Only slight discomfort was the noise, but can't have em all :-)

If you're going to visit Waterloo, I recommend this little restaurant. You will find great authentic Belgian cuisine here at very reasonable prices and great service.

The restaurant is beautiful, the terrace is very cozy however the service was awful. Twice a Pinot Noir was ordered and twice the server brought a random unnamed white wine. Subsequently two of our dinner items were incorrect and effort to rectify the errors was non existent. Service was slow and COVID-19 measures were not properly considered.
