KW Auctions is a great source for finding interesting, unique and beautiful items of all kinds. I have found many great things here and each new auction is like a treasure hunt! The auctions are well run and transactions are quick and easy. Plus a super friendly and helpful staff make this company a pleasure to deal with.
Truly wonderful local organization. They take time to describe items, work with exceptional circumstances for pick up on occasion, and are just generally professional and caring in their work. Most other auction businesses around here are amateurs doing it out of their barn or a rented dump for pickups. These guys have a clean facility.
As my wife and I are moving to BC shortly, I wanted to write this review regarding KW Auctions before we leave. This is the third time we have used KW Auctions. The staff, including Mike the auction manager, have been fantastic, photographing our items at home and listing them on the auction website, all in a timely fashion. We also have used KW Safe Storage. The space was tailored to our requirements for an affordable monthly payment. The main reason for us selecting KW Auctions, is Harry Watson, owner of both KW Auctions and KW Safe Storage. When we first met him, it was evident that he cares, he is fair and offers honest advice on items you want to sell. I sincerely believe you should use the services offered by Harry – at the very least, talk to him, make up your own mind.
I'd like to thank Mike B for helping navigate through an Estate auction and a further consignment auction. He made the process of dealing with both a complicated legal situation and a difficult family member more bearable. Would consider using these services again in the future. Many thanks !

KW Auctions handled my mother's estate. They returned my calls promptly and explained the online auction process over the phone. The team consisting of Ian (the owner) and his staff were courteous and efficient. They were also very sensitive when dealing with my mother's items, and with me in my grief. They explained the costs up front and there were no hidden fees. In comparison to other companies in KW/Guelph area they offered the lowest commission rates. They took attractive photos of all items and offered clear and honest descriptions. They were able to identify antiques and other more valuable items and highlight them to bring the greatest return. After the online auction closed they returned for a day to handle pickup and removal of the items. All in all, I would recommend them to others seeking downsizing and estate services.
I was helping my Dad downsize his home and used the services of Ian (owner operator) at KW Auctions. From the first phone call, down to the last email letting us know he had a cheque for my Dad, the service has been top notch. Mindful, careful and courteous. As a side note, I purchased something for myself on his online auction, and that was a great experience too! Thank you Ian!
