It is nice to see that they are taking the health and safety of their customers and staff seriously by enforcing a maximum capacity. And while the mall gates aren't currently open, there is clear signage to help guide customers to the entrance. Cleaning is done frequently and hand sanitizer is offered upon entering.
Outstanding store. Very well organized, clean, friendly staff, great selection. We recently ordered something online to be shipped to the store for pick up. I went to pick it up, came home, found that what was in the box wasn't even close to what we ordered. So we called to tell them and they were very apologetic, then reordered the item. I'm happy with the experience regardless of the fact that we got the wrong thing.
Friendly helpful staff. Well stocked for what you're looking for. Clean store and well managed. One of my favorite spots to go whenever I'm at Conestoga Mall.
Visited Chapters Indigo at its new location in Conestoga Mall. I was afraid they were down-sizing, but not at all - this new store has 2X the floor-space, according to the associate I talked with. The extra room means they've been able to create separate spaces/rooms for the kids (nicer, brighter space) and merchandise. My first impression is that the new location is better. If it brings in more selection, that will be better still.
