Good service with reasonable price, nice
Bought a fairly cheap gaming laptop from this place. It was cheaper than private sellers on gumtree so I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had it for about 6 months and it’s still running smooth. I will definitely be buying here again when I am ready to upgrade.
Went to this shop for a computer check. Got a quotation for 50 AUD charge. When I collect my computer, they charge me for 100 AUD claiming that they perform a so-called dust cleaning and it cost an additional 50 AUD, which I didn't ask for. What's worse is they claim is the fault of the motherboard, and later it was found that it is a CPU failure instead while motherboard works totally fine. Basically, they didn't even check the PC carefully and have the guts to charge you double for no effort. Not recommended.
