Very unprofessional. Scott in particular hung up on my staff and refused to release our shipment papers. This was because we told him nicely that we will not be able to continue using their service because they cannot do our Manifest documents. I am sorry that you could not fill our needs, but that is no reason to sabotage our shipment. That is extremely unprofessional and you should not be a approved broker. I will complain to the regulatory board next.

Family owned business, you get thru on their phone lines and do not get put on hold. You will not be treated like a number. They work for YOU!
DCB are great they answer the phone and come through for you every time.
Used them for years, always had great service and reasonable rates compared to other brokers. Great work guys!!!
I don't do a lot of import export, but I have used Davidson about 10 times in the last 5 years. I have always been happy with their attention to detail and pricing. Never had any issues.
