An amazing time for children and adults! We went as a group of 4 aged 6-55 and everyone had a great time. The staff was very helpful getting us all set up and answering questions. You figure it out pretty quick and had a blast playing - the hour goes by quick. Will definitely go back.

My boys have been to CtrlV a few times, but this was my first time booking and being involved in the experience. Initially, I accidentally booked for the North York location when I booked the first time. I noticed quickly and emailed the location to let them know that I'd need to cancel the booking. They quickly cancelled my booking and refunded my money. I was able to rebook with Waterloo without issue. This visit was to celebrate my son's 9th birthday. He brought along a few friends to celebrate. - The boys had an amazing time! The staff are second to none. They call everyone by their name and treat the kids like their number one priority. They watch the kids play and notice when the kids might need some help to progress in their games...they'll walk them through what they need to do to get past those tricky game spots and are quick to recommend games they might like. One thing people should know is that the game runs off of a timed circuit. If you're running late, there's no opportunity to play longer to make up the missed time. Be there 10 minutes before your booked time so that you can get settled, watch the how-to video and get the gear setup. That way you'll be able to start your game play right when the 60-minute timer starts. We had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend CtrlV!
An excellent experience and the staff were wonderful!! It was great for a socially distant birthday party yet the kids could play together. We'll be back!
We had my wife's birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was such a blast!! All ten of us had separate cubicles so we could safely social distance at the same time satisfy our need for socializing while playing with and against each other. There was a huge selection of games for all ages, including competitive, coorporative and individual games. It's fantastic to have this option during this time. We're already planning our next outing. Thank you to the staff for this outrageously fun experience and see you soon!
Super amazing time here!!! Was for a date night with my lady and we had a blast!!!! We will for sure becoming back. Everyone was soo nice!
