My husband and I went to all the jewelry stores in the mall and charm is the one who made the best impression! All the other stores ignored us or pressured us and not here. Michael greeted us and helped us with picking the perfect engagement ring that was within our budget. Later on, I got my wedding band resized and my engagement ring rhodium plated. Kim was amazing to work with as the store was closed and we had to do curbside pick up. With every time that I had to get my ring sent out, I got it back within a week. Would not go anywhere else as the service here has been so amazing! Thank you so so much Kim and Michael!

I had a custom rainbow ring completed. Michael took the time needed to think through my idea and helped me design the perfect piece. He offered his professional opinion in the design stage and it was completed before the anticipated finish date. He was able to worked within my price range and showed a great deal of enthusiasm which helped to reassure me that I was at the right place. Love my new one of a kind rainbow ring!

I had the most amazing experience at Charm! Faldelah was a treat to work with! She truly understands what makes for a great experience! Rather than trying to sell me the most expensive wedding band in the store, she took the time to ask me questions, and really understand what I was looking for in my wedding band! The best part was not once did I ever feel pressured to purchase, which is really important to me. The reason we came back to purchase our wedding bands is entirely because of Faldelah's amazing service.

Michael was awesome. He help me pick out my ring to propose on valentines day. No pressure what so ever I was on a budget and he worked with that. I went to people's to see if there was something better and and they made me feel like I was just a number so turned around and went back to charm and made my purchase and now my soon to be wife loves her new ring. My girlfriend was gifted a genuine ruby and diamond mix ring for Christmas - she absolutely loved it. Earlier this evening, we went out to dinner. Midway through, she noticed one of the rubies had fallen out of the setting. She was super upset about this, since she had just gotten the ring for Christmas. To make matters worse, we knew we hadn’t purchased the extended warranty. We figured we’d still reach out to Charm and see if we could do anything about it. Even though we were outside the 60 days to purchase the warranty, the ladies decided to take pity on us and let us get the extended warranty plan! But the absolute cherry on the cake was they decided they’d swap the ring out for a brand new one, rather than making us wait for the repair to be done. I’m absolutely floored. We’ve purchased diamonds from the “other guys” before, and had to wait 6 weeks to get the smallest repair done. The ladies at the store absolutely went way above and beyond what we expected of them. Really, all we wanted to do was get the ring sent in for repair, and to have someone hear us out on why we should be allowed to purchase the extended warranty. There was no hesitation. No second thought. No hassle. They swapped the ring, let us buy the extended warranty, and we were on our way. If I could give them 10 stars, I gladly would. We’ll definitely be buying our jewelry from them, and them only, going forward. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!
