Very kind, professional people, have fantastic products at great prices, happy to have found them. They have many locations, it's a real biz, with real customer service and professional website, not some guy from a basement. I can see this being my #1 go-to place. Oh and they have actual store fronts, where one can also pickup. Deliver is fast. Excellent stuff!

Brutal customer service. Bought a vape cartridge that showed a picture of a 510 thread cartridge on website. Turned out to be a PAX cartridge, this is NOT WHAT I ordered. Misleading advertising wrong picture on website now they will not allow any returns and are forcing me to buy a pax battery if I want to use the cartridge that was misrepresented that I bought. Or I have a 59 paper weight. Lost a customer for life. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
Had a wonderful experience after troubles with the products I bought there. I was helped by Alexa who went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She was sweet and welcoming, and did not try to sleaze her way out assisting me. She was determined to help us find solutions and did so successfully while throwing in some free merch for the inconvenience of having to return to the store repeatedly. Also they let me bring my pets in when we are not on lockdown, which is amazing on its own! I was bummed when it had switched from Bud and Sally to Canna Cabana but all that has been put to rest! In fact, even more so this seems to be a place where building relationships with customers and creating a pleasant shopping experience is valued!
I had a slight problem with a purchase from a few weeks ago and the manager Alexa went above and beyond to fix it. She was friendly, professional and so helpful! She solidified why this is my go to location. I really appreciate all her help :)

Bud & Sally is without a doubt the BEST place in the region to go for all of your cannabis wants and needs. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and they all go above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. They always make my shopping experience, both online and in store, a very pleasurable one and always make sure I leave with the product best suited for you. Their prices are great and they always have a plethora of strains to choose from. I have never had a problem ordering, both online and in store and would gladly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Great service and beautiful store. Product is just OK when you are used to Craft level quality, but that is not the fault of this store. Super cool fact: Retailers like these are the best option if you want CBD only flower. It is hard to find on the "traditional" market. Super lame fact: If you are not satisfied with your product you are forced to contact the producer, and you will be told to kick rocks when you do. Despite my cynicism, I highly recommend B&S if you have no experience - they will set you up right as a newbie without a taste for fine quality.
I ordered here by accident. They said they would refund me. They wont answer my phone calls and wont refund my money its been almost 2 weeks. they seem dishonest, there are tons of weed shops. Shop from an honest one.
