Shoutout to branko, who works in canada post located in Conestoga mall.really helpful, he deserves 5 stars.i visited there on Wednesday to return some stuff to amazon i was not sure how everything gonna be done but because of him it was easy. Thankyou branko

Professional and courteous customer service is an important component of the sales experience. Branko, who works at the Shoppers Drug Mart Postal outlet at Conestoga Mall is an excellent example of professional customer service. He gives excellent advice, he is confident and knowledgeable about the products. He is able to answer questions in a comprehensive and friendly manner and it is clear to me that Branko loves his job. I am very impressed by his general demeanor. He welcomes people with ease and is extremely kind to the people whom he serves. Thank you Branko for the spark of sunshine you bring to your role and to the people who benefit by your continued efforts.

Lasting Beauty

I would rate this place a one star only. The manager, Laura, that works there has the worst attitude anyone could ever imagine. She does not greet, does not apologize for any mistakes, very unfriendly and rude. I could tell that she hates her job and does not care about how she makes the clients feel. Maybe it is her time to leave this job for someone that cares more instead of giving the clients of this busy place a hard time. I will never come back to this place again.

I'm not one to post reviews for anything but the service here is so bad I had to. Laura is the manager and just terrible overall. I came to ship packages that I've done many times at other Canada Post locations without any issues. Here it was such a big problem due to Laura that I chose to ship them at a different location instead. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible

Hilariously awful service. I’ve never seen something run as inefficiently as this particular post office. 3 people ahead of me when I arrived, took over an hour to make it to the counter.

I went there to courier a parcel and I saw a very bad reviews about the attendant. When I went there, She served me.. I think the reviews have made a little change in her service though she does not smile but treated me properly.. 1 extra star for her improvement. Attendant Name : Lauren
