I will never order from here again. They told me I couldn't pick up chicks due to Covid, even after I basically begged to do a contactless pickup. After I received my 12 DEAD chicks in the mail, the next person I spoke with said \Well I'm not surprised\ that they arrived dead, and admitted they were shipped from out of state, which was the real reason I couldn't pick them up. They were dishonest about where they were hatched and shipped live animals in single digit temps, knowing full well they had no chance of survival. Disgusting.
