Been using these guys for 6 years and 4 months. Called them today to cancel the water cooler and they said I'm in a annually renewable contract which I signed in 2014 therfore I have to wait until June 2021 or I can pay the cooler rental until then to get out of contract. VERY UNDERHANDED tactic, needless to say I probably would have used them again until they pulled this one so I believe they only ever do business once not repeat.

Gave waterlogic notice to terminate my contract and collect their equipment and unused water and cups. Told that because my contract renews in 2 months time they can't do that, I'd have to give them 90 days notice. Sub human scum, nothing short of con artists. Take me to court Waterlogic, see how far you get.
SHADY COMPANY - if you're a customer please beware you're being ripped off. DO NOT PAY OVER 20 for cups. MASSIVE COMPANIES are charged pennies while loyal small businesses are charged 80 for the exact same items. Shame on waterlogic. Disgusting company.
Same as below. Terrible service. If you want to cancel you have to pay for the whole years term.
Total rip off merchants! Tried to cancel and was advised that the contract auto renews after 12 months. What dreadful customer service. Wish I had read these awful reviews before signing anything!
