Item arrived quickly but on the website the price was higher than the price tag on the product itself. This is not correct. No answer on my e-mail. Agu products sell cheaper directly from their own site and without extra shipping costs.

Customer support team refuse to deal with a parcel that never made its way to me and am left weeks at a time with no update. Have been requesting a refund for a month and I am passed from pillar to post. I would recommend not using this service.
I bought two Cortina bikes through this website. The price I paid was a good deal. I especially chose two bikes that showed that they would be available for delivery to Germany within 3-5 working days. Although one was indeed shipped within a few days (delivery by TNT/FedEx 1 day delayed due to the busy lockdown Christmas season) the second one took another week. When I queried this, they confirmed that the second bike was not in stock when I ordered. Would have been better if both, ordered at the same time but in separate orders, would have arrived at the same time so we wouldn't have had to wait for delivery twice. Very pleased with the bikes I got. Nice quality and they arrived very well wrapped (almost too well) and in pristine condition. One thing to keep in mind is that this company, unlike some other online bike retailers, sends the bikes straight from Cortina to the customer, without doing any assembly or set-up. Although very little assembly is required (set up handle bar, attach pedals, feet on stand and front luggage rack) I did need to tune things like brakes and gears before the bikes were ready to use. So, make sure you have some basic skills (YouTube videos aplenty) and tools before ordering. Otherwise go for a slightly more expensive shop that will do most of these things for you.
The order arrived quickly to France. All perfect.
