Good friendly service. We only had hot drinks and desserts. The mint tea and sticky toffee pudding was delicious. The creme brulee wasn't up to scratch for the price.

We really liked it here and will definitely go back. It was lovely inside and out, very spacious, very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, the food we had was yum yum yum especially the freshly made pizzas that were made in front of you outside, good access for wheelchairs/prams, very good toilets, the garden was very big with well needed heat lamps, the whole place over looked the lake which was very nice sitting back watching all the boats on the lake.

It was ok, nice service nice food, room view was rubbish and in restaurant sat us against another wall ... left me feeling a bit disappointed really, usually stay at the low wood a totally different experience . But even though room view was rubbish the room itself was very nice although no wifi, :(
