Got my Hampster Ben here in July 2020. Hes good and healthy. But was a bit disappointed the sales girl suggested a cage to small and the purchase was denied at register. My boyfriend had to run and grab a bigger more suitable cage. It held us up and everyone in line behind me. Other then that i like Petco. Heres Ben

Woman who helped us buy a fish and fish tank was very patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to get us the right equipment in a very joyful manner. She did not pressure to oversell us anything and was one of the nicest salespeople I have dealt with in a long time. She did not rush us to a decision and her personal experience with fish was wonderful.
Average Petco. Nothing exciting. Staff is pleasant and stuff is present. Can't complain but nothing special.
I wish there was a Zero star for this location. Manager here is a real piece of work in kind terms. As a pet owner I would highly suggest bringing your business elsewhere. Not only is she very verbally rude to customers but she lacks an honest customer friendly character that any store manager should have.
Decent variety of products. Usually more expensive in the store than on their online app, but they will price match. All you have to do is show them the product online. Bit of a pain but if you want to save some money ......
