Not used this shop, that said, perhaps I'll give it a miss if, as customer 1993M suggests, they start using 'tongues' to serve the products. What really set me off was the managers reply, please, it's 'tonges'. X

Food is nice but if they aren't gonna wear gloves use tongues ! Your handling people's food at the end of the day.
Prices are ok, most of the time no one wears gloves
